likeee 3 bowls of healthy cereals & all natural granola. w/ water.
2 things of non fat yogurt.
lots of whole wheat ritz crackers.
a grape fruit.
an apple.
1 tabelspoon of natural peanut butter.
i have been craving cereals and things with grains.. i can't stop eating them =[ will i gain weight from all of this?!
