about 4 bowls [all together] of honey bunches of oats & grape nuts cereal w/ water.
ALOT ALOT ALOT of natural granola.
2 things of nonfat yogurt.
an apple.
a grapefruit.
& a whole thing of whole wheat ritz crackers w/ 1 tabel spoon of natural peanut butter.
i feel so bad, and really fat.
and i've aten all of that and it's only 3:30!! =[
will i gain major weight from this, if i don't work out?!

Depends on your body type, your motabolism....etc.
It sure has a lot of carbs in it, but the point is that you ate healthy foods, and that should matter more than anything else. (still though....easy on the snacking! lol)
No. I am guessing like betweens 3-6 pounds. But that's quite a record you've eaten. Why don't you call the World Record Books. jk. My brother sticks twice as much of that in a day.
Depends on you. Everybody can eat different amounts and gain different weight because everybody has a different Metabolism and different habits that also affect their weight.
Well,You can feel a little better you pigged out on really healthy food,but yes you will gain wait if you eat like that again and don't work out. =/
