Hello,

I cannot have sugarless gum so I swear by Altoids gum - i think it is peppermint flavor..(there are mints too)...they come in a tin...a little pricey but def. worth it...flavor lasts a really long time. My favorite!!

Any gum that claims to be sugarless contains aspartame. Any mint that says it's sugarless contains aspartame. So, any regular gum or mints will only have high fructose corn syrup. *sigh* I don't chew gum, but have the occasional mint, but never sugarless. READ LABELS and you'll be fine.
