Answers:
-It contains omega 3 fatty acids which are not only healthy for your heart but for skin and nails

-It often contains seaweed, which is known for its nutritous benifits

-Its usually made with lean meats and fish

-It contains a variety of raw vegitables

-Its a good combination portion of starch, vegetables, and protein.

its protein

The fish contains Omega 3 and other good fats, and usually sushi isnt all that high in calories or the 'bad' fats.

=]

Sushi (and all fish) have certain fats and proteins that are good for your brain and body overall. You shouldn't eat fish all the time, but it's definitely a great thing to have regularly, once every few days or once a week. Fish (sushi included) is very healthy and good for you.

Note that fried fish doesn't count as an overly healthy food. Heh.
