Who actually makes Gevalia coffee makers?!

Who actually makes Gevalia coffee makers?

I am looking for a replacement carafe for a 12-cup CM500, but I don't feel like paying them $20 for it. Arenthere generic brand carafes that fit?

According to this article, Delonghi manufactures at least one of the Gevalia coffee pots:

There really isn't an abundance of information out there regarding who manufactures which of the Gevalia pots, which should be of concern, because in 2000, there was a recall of one model.
Gevalia is owned by Kraft
