You are going to gain weight girl!!

Go more fresh, or you are going to end up with health problems.

Fresh means: green.......fruit, vegetables.

no

Its not very nutritious. Try adding some fruits and veggies.

You do like your carbs, don't you? (everything except the pineapple and the ketchup).

Basically, you are overdoing them BIG time!

Try more fruit, whole grain items, nuts, vegetables and lean meat. You'll not only lose or maintain weight, you'll feel better.

do you look like your avatar? Thought not.

Are you PMSing? It's probably not bad on occasion but a consistent diet of that is probably not good.

It's all yummy food but it's not good for your figure. But if you only eat like that once in a great while them it's ok I guess.

Everything is fine in moderation. Try to get more salads and fruits in there also. Ignore everyone else talking about carbs and getting fat, people are stupid. Carbohyrdates are necessary for the body, anyway.

I'll break it down food by food for ya...

Special K Bar: These are very high in sugar and pretty low in fiber too. If you want an easy packaged breakfast bar that's actually healthy, try one of the Kashi granola bars. They have many varieties. I keep several types in my car for snacks.

Grilled Cheese: Well, this could be either good or bad for you. Chances are that the one you ate probably wasn't good for you though. If you want to eat a healthy grilled cheese sandwich, use olive oil or a trans fat free margarine spread as your fat. Use whole wheat bread and some low fat cheese. That's a healthy grilled cheese sandwich.

Hamburger on Roll w/ Ketchup: Hamburgers in general are very unhealthy. They're high in fat and simple carbohydrates. Instead of a fatty beef pattie try a turkey pattie or a veggie soy burger. The roll was probably white bread and should definitely be whole wheat. Ketchup is just fine in moderation...lots of lycopene! I eat veggie soy burgers w/ mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and a little ketchup on whole wheat buns quite frequently. It's very healthy and very tasty!

Potatoes: It depends on what you put on or in the potatoes. A simple baked potato with low fat toppings is pretty healthy, low in calories, and high in vitamins. Always eat the skin. It has a lot of fiber.

Corn: Pretty healthy...it's a natural vegetable even though it is high in carbohydrates.

Pineapple: A healthy fruit! It's a great sweet treat.

Fortune Cookies: Fortune cookies are a great alternative to other types of cookies like chocolate chip, for example. This shouldn't be a daily thing, but it's nothing to feel guilty about either.

Cake: Well, obviously cake is pretty horrible for you. Eat it only in moderation!

If you like the taste of it, I say go for it i do similar things.

never mix pineapple and ketchup with high carb foods like cake. It could lead to asking dumb questions on Yahoo Answers
