How long will you keep boiled rice in the fridge?!

Question:

How long will you keep boiled rice in the fridge?

I want to make egg fried rice and people said it is better to cook it with overnight rice. I made some boiled rice tonight and left half of it in a container, cooled it down for 3 hours and then put in the fridge. Now I realised tomorrow I won't be cooking, so the rice will only be used 2 nights after. Is it still safe to eat?

Answers:
You can keep boiled rice in the fridge up to a week but no later than that.

Yes, it should be fine after only two nights.

I don't know. It is supposed to be fine considering it is not an animal product. This is what i think but i'm not totally sure

Yeah, I always keep it in the fridge. For longer than that, too.

You should be able to keep cooked rice in the frig for 5 to 6 days.
