Meal plans. Please please help.?
Hello, I've decided to start eating healthier. Does anyone know a site or know any meals plans, that include meals high in fibre?
Any help would be great :)

Yes, go to the following website: www.suegregg.com. Sue has taken many of the common everyday foods we eat and transformed them into healthy, but tasty alternatives. The amazing thing is that she teaches you to do it too. She has loads of sample recipes on her site. I am teaching a healthy cooking class at the local kids club where I work. My teens LOVE her recipes and you would never guess they were "health food".
Good luck and I hope this helps.
