If you want to lose weight the healthy way, you need to filter out bad eating habits and replace them with veggies and food that's good for you.

no there's no specific food. it's simple what you put in, you have to work off. just eat low cal foods

Well - yeah - if you cut out other foods. Green veggies - without loads of dressing and other stuff are great foods. There is no food that will make you lose weight only eliminating bad foods for good foods will achieve this - along with exercise.

It is not a question of what to eat. But what not to eat. Such as all junk food. Is bad when trying to lose weight or trying to keep weight off.

take vegetarian food but without much oil.

No any fried food

100 calorie foods and snacks, turkey wraps, everything low calories and low fat. You can find low calorie foods everywhere today. I eat cereals, breads, (No red meats). I eat chicken and turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, alfalfa sproutes, wheat Pizza and pastas (they digest and go through your body faster) I find drinking a lot of strawberry or mixed fruit smooties help, and I use fiber sure in a lot of my foods. I've lost weight slowly, but it's been steady, and I'm not starving or depriving myself. I also eat low calorie ice cream and yogurt drinks. Good luck !

A mix of foods eaten on different days at different times seems to help. I don't know your particular metabolism, activity levels, ethnicity/genetics and whatnot, but here is what is working for me so far, even on days I am not exercising due to physical illness:

Fruit or a toasted cheese & meat sandwich with soda or tea. Crackers and an oatmeal cookie later with soda or tea. Very light dinner of mushroom or tomato soup or a pasta with cheese and tomatoes, soda or tea. Chopped figs with powdered sugar and some coconut for snacks or sometimes for a meal instead of those other things. Water whenever you can. You can eat pizza or a cheeseburger sometimes, but I prefer to avoid cow meat.

Well you should try the south beach diet eat one of those a day and go on eating what you would usally eat with like a slim fast milkshake. I lost weight by exercise but its whatever works for you.

....not one particular food, but reduce carbs, sugars and fats. Try to have 100g lean meat with dinner with lots of vege. Maybe yogurt and a banana for breakfast and one piece of bread with shredded chicken and avocado for lunch. If you like to drink fruit juice only have half a glass of the juice and dilute it with water (juice contains alot of fructose which is sugar so diluting will reduce he sugar you will be consuming). Try to drink at least a liter of water daily (I do this by filling a jug of water with a little bit of sugar free cordial in it and carrying it around with me making sure its finished). Goodluck.

take care your stomach to be never empty, you should eat soup and things that give you a lot of energy but they dont make you fat its important that you always have something inside and of course you should take a lot of execises you must be wet from them and so you'll understand that you're loosing weight....ah i forgot you must study, think to much and make possible have a stress trust me it works

I have found 2 "foods" that have helped me

1. Grapefruit
2. Green tea (with ECGC) preferably diet to cut down on sugar intake)

ok, you gotta know that if you go off of you're low calorie/low carb diet for even a day, you will go back to being overweight. So change your habits and diet. Work out for about 30 minutes in the morning, then eat a big meal of the healthier food. Work out every morning and then you'll feel kinda weird skipping a workout. That will keep you looking great!

Hi, we have tried this meal set up and able to loose about 5 kg in 3 months.

Breakfast: Cereal or oats or 2 slices of wholemeal bread.

Lunch: Eat light like only having fruits and vegetables e.g. Lettuce, tomoto, cucumber, apple, water melon, banana

Tea: One cup of milo or tea without milk.

Dinner: Eat lean meat with vegetables and small serving of rice.

All these combined with exercise like jogging/swimming and work out at gym 4 times a week
