Not strange to Pinoys but very weird and yucky for foreigners is the Balut:
There is a delicacy infamous in Filipino culture that can put a crippling chill in the spine of grown men. That delicacy is the notorious balut. Balut is a popular Filipino street snack and is essentially a duck egg with a fetus inside, typically between seventeen to twenty days in gestation.

It's delicious, i don't eat the fetus though haha.
Other weird stuff i tried are: roasted cow blood squares and horse meat (didn't like it)

I had some raccoon once. Don't reccomend it very greasy.
dog biscuits when I was little. Other than that....Crocodile sausage, Escargot, frogs legs, Emu, Kangaroo, Eel.....

Grilled rattlesnake. Yum!
Whitchy grubs in Australia. It was cooked, but it was still a pinky sized worm. It did not taste like chicken.
Pickled cacti. It was slimy, and weird tasting.
I have tried Alligator, rattlesnake, coyote, squid, conch ( a big sea snail),and frog legs that's about all the odd food I've tried.

Peanut Butter and Ketchup sandwhiches... YUM! um.. chocolate milk mixed with apple sauce ( that was in school .. yucky) Limburger cheese. ( its a family thing).
I can't remember anything really strange, for myself, except maybe fried conch. But that isn't strange to Floridians. My husband ate some dry dogfood once to see what it tasted like. He said it was like eating a salty dirt clod.
(That reminds me, I tasted some MEM once. It looks like cherry Kool-Aid but tastes salty.)
When my husband was young, he drank a bottle of Tabasco Sauce on a dare. He said it was worse the next day :-)
Not as exotic as alligator jerky but I ate cactus fruit in Mexico. My husband was the more adventurous indulging in ant eggs which is considered a delicacy in Mexico. He liked them.
Head Cheese. I did not no what it was at the time. It is the brains of a pig. At the time it was good. Then i found out what it was and i got sick. ( LOL!)
