I don't like Pickles at all.

I love dill pickles. Sour pickles are sooo much better!

Sour all the way!!!! Especially the baby dill gerkins!

Sweet!

honestly i've never had sweet ones...but i dont like sour ones. hate pickles!

I make dill pickles with cucumbers from my garden every year, using my grandmother's recipe. Pick the cucumbers early in the morning, while they are nice, cool and crisp. Pickle them right away, before you go to work. If you have only enough for one or two quarts--that is fine. Don't let them get sit around at all. Be sure to clean all the dirt off, and the pricklies out of the bumps. And use LOTS of fresh dill (I also grow my own).

The bread and butter pickles another responder mentioned are also delicious. We found the most wonderful recipe for those.

My father makes sweet pickles--virginia chunck sweet pickles. They are tasty. When my grandmother made them, she always added just a little bit of green food coloring. They tasted as great as they looked.

We also make pickles out of watermelon rind. It is hard to find watermelon with a decent rind, so I grow my own. The watermelon itself isn't that great, of the thick rind variety, but all I am really interested in (for the sake of pickles) is the rind. Black Diamond Watermelons have a very thick rind. Watermelon pickles are sweet, and the most delicious type of all.

i love sweet pickles! i eat them w/ icecream.

I like the Zesty dill ones.

Homemade dill pickles or bread and butter pickles

I love kosher dill pickles. I even drink the juice. Did you know pickle juice will sooth a sore throat? Probably all the salt in it, but it works
