Answers:
Sounds pretty healthy so far but to lose weight, you really need to be exercising 4-5 times per week as well.

Also, be sure to increase your fruit and veggie intake more than you've listed above. 5 servings per day minimum is best.

Good luck!

I give you an A+ for the food, but to be a A++ you need exercise.

I highly suggest joining www.sparkpeople.com It's totally free! You can set up how much weight you want to lose, and it will calculate how many calories you need to burn each week and how many calories you should intake each day. You record your intake, it has a whole list of things, including restaruant menus! It's awesome! I hope you at least check it out!

yes

Not very, Have water before your meals, and have milk no fat with the oatmeal. Fruit is OK.
Lunch: should be a fish or chicken breast and lettuce sandwich, or green salad with nonfat dressing, non fat yogart, and a hand full of dry fruit&nuts.
Snack: hand full of dry fruit & nuts & Water.
Supper: Non fat soup /low sodium, with lots of veggies, 1 slice whole grain toast. low fat dessert.
NOTE: Sodium content is connected with Blood pressure up or down.
High Blood Pressure: Use No Salt Potasium & leave out the salt.
Low Blood Pressure: have light to med salt.
High sodium is above 10%, Med is 10 - 6%
Low to 6% down.
Shaker salt on the table lets people put on as much salt as they like and that can add 5-10lbs of water in your tissues, blood vessels and over work your heart. Put NO SALT in the shakers and you'll be ok to use some. When you shop check out Sodium, and Calories, which is your energy, and walk as much as you can, or bike it if you can.

Those foods are all healthy, but they won't make you lose weight unless you count your calories and make sure you are having about 500 deficit what your body needs per day (to lose 1 lb a week).
