Why is there less fiber in popped popcorn then in unpopped?!

Question:

Why is there less fiber in popped popcorn then in unpopped?

I was wondering why.,. for example, 2 tbsp which is half a bag of light butter popcorn has 23 grams of carbs and 8 grams of fiber...so the bag in total has 46 grams of carbs and 16 grams fiber...BUT it says for 1 cup of popcorn, theres 6 grams of carb and 1 gram of fiber........and theres 10 cups in a bag...so there is 60 grams of carbs and 6 grams of fiber??!?

I'm confused.

Answers:
They are allowed to round up or down as the case may be...

Because when you pop it the fiber brakes so there is less.

I don't know the answer to your question, but take three unpopped kernels and give them to a friend and say "this is a 'three-piece chicken dinner' ".
