How does sara lee get their pound cake crust so soft?!

Question:

How does sara lee get their pound cake crust so soft?

Answers:
the same way a twinky stays soft and moist for so many years.

Corn syrup!

use corn syrup instead of sugar in a ratio of .75 to 1 when you make a pound cake.

i dont know but cooking it at a lower temperature makes the crust less crispy

Yeah I heard corn syrup does help, and also she probably uses extra yeast to make it rise more and make it fluffy.
