If I eat chips, burgers, fries, crips, coke everyday....?
Will I gain some weight? I am 8 stone and working out isn't ....well, working.
Answers:
You might gain weight depending on your metabolism.
You won't however be healthy as the calories that you are taking in contain very low levels of nutrients.
Try fruit as an alternative snack.
Buy an excercise video as a fun way to lose weight or to not gain weight.

Yeah if you have slow metabolism. n
If you're trying to gain weight, the best way to do it would be to increase your calories. Eating fatty foods will probably help you gain weight, but it could also affect your health.
If you are going to the trouble of working out, please do not reduce your diet to JUNK foods. You will be better off and will feel much better if you eat healthy foods. I was 172 cm and 9 stone or less from the time I was 18 until I was nearly 30. No amount of evercise or food would change that. I was also a smoker in those years. I turned 30, quit smoking, changed my diet to one that was healthy, spent 3-4 hours a day in the gym, used liberal amounts of protien supplement and creatine in what was about a 7000 calorie daily diet spread across 5 meals a day. By 35 I was 14 stone with 5.5% body fat. For some of us it hard as we have such high metabolic rates. Be thankful! You could be an obese blob of fat with no desire to even consider looking at a weight much less lifting one!
you shoulld eat your normal diet just the fattier versions of things and use moderation with high fat sources because they can affect your cardiovascular system. eat lots of nuts, beef, pork(sometimes), "fatty" fish, veggies, milk products, lots of carbohydrates, no fast food, no soda. when you go grocery shopping dont get anything that has reduced fat or reduced calories. lift weights consistently to increase muscle which weighs more than fat!
You will most likely gain weight. Maybe not as much compared to others but you probably will. All those food choices are unhealthy and won't do you any good. They might taste good but try eating fruits and vegetables and having those options every once and a while.
You probably - you may consider adding some more protein - chicken, eggs and milk to your diet - some veggie and fruits may be good for a more balance approach.
You may just have a fast metabolism - keep the exercise going, don't drink too much coke or eat too much fried stuff.
8 stones may not be bad depending how tall you are. If you're concerned, you should consult with your physician or a dietician.
Good luck!
