Can I ship brownies overseas, will they last?!

Question:

Can I ship brownies overseas, will they last?

Hi,
I am thinking about making and shipping brownies to my newphew overseas. I was wondering whether it is a good idea and considering 7 to 10 days for shipping whether they will be edible and good when they arrive?
thanks

Answers:
Find a friend with a vacuum packer and they will stay fresh

they should be good if you pack them in dry ice

Its hard to tell. They might be slightly stale, depending on how you make them. Is there any way you can ship them faster? Like through express shipping or something? Well, sorry I wasnt much help, and good luck!

You would need to pay for a faster shipping method if possible, and pack them really well. Wrap them in saran wrap, and then put them in a container like a Ziploc sandwich container or something.

If you wrap them in aluminum foil, they should be fine. Just leave a message on the envelope that says fragile or handle with care or do not fold. When my family bakes things, we normally put the leftovers in a container on the table until they disappear. Sometimes my cookies stay in the container for two weeks before someone eats the last one (I wonder...). Or if you want, you could just send a box of brownie mix.
