i like chicken with a soy sauce on top with mix oriental veges carrots snow peas mushrooms water chest nuts over brown rice all in soy sauce
i also love chicken with green beans or broccoli with soy over rice ore even yellow green and red peppers and onion

Thinly cut beef strips marinated in soy sauce with either a bag of 'stir fry veggies' or peppers, onions, etc. Just fry it up in a pan. Soo good. And, stores now a days have so many different kinds of frozen stir fry veggies and they are cheep too!

I'd have to go with beef and broccoli. Ate it at least once a week growing up in a chinese family. It's a staple of mine and I still make it frequently to this day.
I like chicken stir fry with american fresh vegs instead of asian. Makes a great meal with rice. I add sauteed onions and butter to my rice first.

Red bell pepper, shitake mushrooms and chicken sauteed in olive oil. Try black olives with this. Very tasty and healthy.
