Question:

What do you think's best?

what ones of the following are healthiest?
-lunch meat turkey or lunch meat ham?
-cheddar cheese or provolone cheese?
-oli & vinegar or honey mustard?
-baked plain chips or cheesy sun chips?
-propel or gatorade?
-wheat bread or sourdough bread?

I am just curious! :)


Answers:
- Turkey or Ham. Either..they are both healthy.
- For the cheeses, I think both are healthy as well.
- Oil and Vinegar for sure.
- Baked plain chips.
- Propel. Never have gatorade unless after a work out.
- Wheat bread for sure.

mayo is the best with chocolate pudding, try it!!!!!

I think: lunch meat turkey, cheddar cheese, oil & vinegar, baked plain chips, propel, and wheat bread.

turkey is better than ham because of salt content.
the cheese doesn't really matter what do you like
o&v but honey mustard is mighty good use less
baked plain chips. less fat,salt
propel but flavored water even better,no sugar,no caffiene,no calories.Need water to cleanse your body
wheat.

turkey: very high in protein and almost nill in fat
cheddar or provlone: both have relativly the same nutrtional info
honey mustard: far less fat 1 or 2 grams.
baked chips: only 4 g's of fat for 30 chips
propel or gatorade; both are good depends if u want a low calorie drink than go for propel
wheatbread: whole wheat is always better for you
