Hearts of romaine, tofu, feta, tomatoes, chickpeas, parmesan, and croutons... yum! I could live on that combination.
Spinach with tomatoes, red bell pepper, sunflower seeds, hardboiled eggs, mushrooms, sliced red onions, black olives, and creamy ranch dressing. 2nd favorite salad: Shredded romaine lettuce with sliced grapes, red onions, corn, and a balsamic vinigarette. Enjoy!
