Answers:
The NY Strip, Med-rare.

I like tuna steak, rare please!

Mmmmm, ribeye seasoned with salt and pepper grilled or broiled rare.

I prefer a ny strip and medium rare. Steak has to be about 1/2 inch thick.

love all the 3 main cuts
filet- rare / sirloin- med rare / rib eye- med
anything with a bone attached is always better.

Nothing I like better than a good sirloin, medium rare. Marinated flank steak, grilled out, is a close second.

I love T-bone steak with my secret BBQ rub!

Rib eye.. grilled until hot and rare.
also the western cut known as tri-tip.. marinated and cooked over mesquite wood fires.. yummy.

Filet mignon cooked till it`s just pink in the center not rare.

ewww i hate steak

NY STRIP MED RARE

Flank steak and Tri Tip are the BEST

medium rare is the way to go.

and to Chai!, if your a vegetarian.... VEGETARIANS SUCK! EAT SOME MEAT

well done

Filet mignon, med to med rare. Cooked with bacon wrapped around the outside.

Or with a wine sauce, mushroom peppercorn sauce, or if I'm feeling really decadent, hollandaise.

Okay, after putting that meal into my head, tonight's salad's looking pretty lame!

Filet mignon-well-done.................

Rib eye is soooo yummy. Cooked correctly it is juicy, tender (practically melts in your mouth) and very flavorful. I always order my meat medium rare, but of course that is a personal preference. I don't know if prime rib is truly considered a steak, but it is right up there as one of my favorites. Both are truly sumptuous served au jus with horseradish sauce or covered in herbed butter and sauted mushrooms.
Hope you find your favorite!! :)

Sirloin-medium rare.
