What does the meal "tea" usually consist of?!

Question:

What does the meal "tea" usually consist of?

Answers:
"Tea" is the word the British use for the evening meal (supper or dinner here in the U.S.).

water and tea leaves, maybe sugar, rarely ever sugar unless its iced tea

Tea is a drink not a meal, and if you were going to drink it with a meal, it would be like dessert type food's or small appetizers

tea is a drink not a meal that's made from leaves and should only be consumed with ice and lots of sugar. If you're a yankee that's probably why you didin't know this.

If I understand right you are talking tea time. If this is true it consists of tea, and a light snack like scones or an assortment of cookies, or even a lemon loaf. But basically a light sweet treat to relax and substain you until dinner. It can consist of finger sandwiches if served instead of lunch but then it would be a very light lunch and would only have finger sandwiches and possably a little sweet to finish it up.
