Yeah, I eat pretty well, lots of grains, legumes, fruit, vegies, dairy and meat, and some treats.
Sometimes get organic stuff, but that isnt always necessary; people don't realise that plants make their own pesticides and these are often just as toxic as man made ones... (i was told this by a leading toxicologist from the US, not some cereal box)
Also contrary to popular belief, raw aint always best; eg. carrots release more nutrients when cooked, as do tomatoes.

It is really hard to find any food that is totally nutritous unless you pick it fresh off the tree that has not been sprayed by any pestisides. Raw is the only way to go if you want nutritious.
