Does vodka relax the hot flavor of peppers?
I saw on American Iron chef a cook eat peppers and they were so hot that I saw him dirk some vodka and then spit it out (well I think it was vodka). I think it was vodka and something else.

I havn't heard of vodka working for that, but milk helps with the burnign sensation
