What is your fav cooked meal and why?

have you ever made it before

Answers:
I love home made lasagna.

My own homemade chili....

Misu salmon with white rice and snow peas. Why make it when I can go to The Cheese Cake Factory and buy it.

Boiled zucchini! You just peel them a bit and you boil them with some salt! I don' know why, but I love them!!!!!!!!

Indian spicy chicken, sweet sour sauce promfret, steamed egg with minced pork, soy sauce duck, spiced stewed pork, tomyam seafood etc
that's i learn from my mum, some are traditional chinese food,it's quite fussy to cook but i like.

1. My mother's rice (or as we like to call it, "Sopa", which means "soup" in Spanish.) She makes it with lamb and enchilada sauce..YUM!!! Its SO good. I think I like it because my mother makes it. I have made it before, and its actually surprisingly easy to make.
2. My grandmas potato salad. I know, usually when someone has a favorite meal/dish its not potato salad. But my grandmother's is SOOO good!!!! Everytime someone wants to make it, she tells them the recipe, and they make it, but for some reason, it NEVER comes out as good as hers does, even when they use all the exact ingredients.

chicken parma
wedges and sour cream
garden salad

the chicken parma is goos coz its got cheese and ham on top
i love wedges and sour cream
n i could eat salad with every meal

filet mignon, smoked on the gas grill with hickory chips. Add butter basted portobello mushrooms to be grilled and smoked with hickory smoke. Serve with baked macaroni with extra sharp (white) cheddar cheese and breadcrumb topping, along with buttered asparagus tips, or else baby broccoli florets, smothered in butter.

I cook this kind of meal all the time. Otherwise, I might cook roast beef with gravy (mushrooms and onions are added to gravy and roast) and mashed potatoes, along with buttered baby carrots, and/or buttered string beans with almonds.

These kinds of meals are hard to make, but they are worth the effort. Also, they become much easier to make with experience. Add hot buttered biscuits, if you wish, and a glass of dark red dry wine, such as cabernet sauvigon
or else burgundy wine, for extra delight.

cheese chiill is my fav cooked food b.coz it takes less time and very tatse in Indian food

Indian chicken and rice. The chicken's spicy.
