What conditions make bread go mouldy quicker?

please help quick

Answers:
Humidity and temperature.

air that surrounds us is full of dust, In this dust you will find tiny micro-organisms, and fungi will be among them. The type of fungi found in air is called a SPORE, and it has the same job as dandelion seeds. A spore will float around until it lands on something and if that something is food, that spore will germinate and grow into a nice healthy fungus in dark, wet, warm conditions

in a place where there is air + water = mouldy bread

Leave it in a warm damp place.

I buy my loaves of bread in bulk, and i freeze them and pull each loaf out when needed. I have found that if i put a frozen loaf straight into the cupboard, it goes mouldy. I have to leave it to defrost on the bench first, then when dry, put it in the cupboard.

lotta mold in the house,,,,,fridge
