I'm with the other guy on this one. Yes, too much vitamins can effect your organs. I also agree that you should see a nutrisionist to find out a normal daily amount to eat. I love fruit and vegetables but they can take a toll on the gastrointestional tract and your organs.

yes my friend died from it before

Well the possible effects is being too healthy, and being too healthy is such a bad thing, right?? Continue what you doing, but maybe you don't need the multivitamin because you eat so many fruits and vegetables. . .you pee most of the vitamin out anyways if your body can't absorb it

yea that kinda souds like you eat a lot ....

Technically, the effects of eating too much can be serious gastro-intestinal damage, but you are doin' fine. You obviously care about your health. If you have access to a nutritionist, one could help you dial in a balanced diet. (continue to)Take care!

Yes, you would gain weight if you ate WAY to many.

Just a quickie story...a few years back we had a few families in our church that really got into the raw food and juicing movement. They were really into carrot juice and different blends made with carrots. After a few months the kids/babies began to take on a sickly orange color, especially on the palms of their hands and soles of their feet. I can't really remember the adults showing it much, but it really showed on the little ones.
I can't say if it was a "bad" thing healthwise, but it definitely shows that you can begin to build up certain elements in the body.

Eating too much can affect your health to a great extent.you should take a balanced diet which should contain all ingredients i.e vitamin, protein, carbohydrate etc. This can make you look smart. There is no harm in taking multivitamin but u should take it regularly at right time.

as long as you maintan the variety there should be no problem.
