Anyone know the basic quiche recipe you make with cottage cheese and eggs? I lost it.

Here is a very simple cheese quiche recipe that does not take long to make.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 ounces chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

METHOD
1.Mix the first 7 ingredients.
2.Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
3.Add to cheese mixture and mix well.
4.Place in greased 9in pie plate.
5.Bake at 400* for 15 minutes.
6.Reduce heat to 350* and bake 30 more minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
