personally i like strathdon blue or crowdie (highland soft cheese) best but i have to say i am a bit of a cheese addict.. love the stuff

eeem you have got me hungry now, I love cheese, my everday sandwich cheese is Cathedral City mature chedder, I love stilton the stronger the better especially in soup with brocolli and i'm really into (not sure of name) the cheese with the herbs and peppers in it, gorgeous, can't wait to finish work now and get stuck in yum yum x

Cheddar, especially Crackerbarrel, god I love that stuff! Mozzarella is the only other cheese I eat, lovely on garlic bread and pizza.
Apricot and Almond flavoured Camembert,
Feta,
Gruyere,
Mild Blue Vein,
Aged Cheddar,
Port Cheese and Smoked Cheese is all I can think of now.

Difficult to choose really. I love Red Leicester, Blue Stilton and Gruyère.
If I have to choose between them it must be Blue Stilton I think.
