Diet Candy?!

Question:

Diet Candy?

Has anyone else had a bad reaction to eating sugar free jelly belly's?, They are so irrisistable I munched through the best part of a pack yesterday evening,

Woke up at 4am with awful stomach cramps and a desperate dash to the bathroom!, barely made it! Then I was back there every 5 minutes for about two hours. Anyone else had a bad reaction?

Answers:
yeah, that's why they put a warning on the package that says "excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect."

I have not eaten too many of them to get that reaction, so thank you for telling me cause I will learn from your mistake and not do it ...

Oh lady, I'm so sorry that happened! >.< But yes, artificial ingredients (remember Olestra?) can have awful results on our tender digestive tracks. Better to be a healthy weight than skinny and full of unpronounceable chemicals! At the very least, moderation is key.

C'MON LET'S BE REALISTIC IF YOU'RE ON DIET STICK TO IT AND DON'T GIVE CIRCLES ARROUND DONT EAT IT AND GET THOSE POUNDS DOWN NOW I KNOW BECOMES HARD AFTER A FEW DAYS WELL EAT NORMAL CANDY BUT YOU HAVE TO DO DOBLE OF EXCERSICE
