A vitamin pill sandwich on rye.

A sandwich, It has meat, veges, and grains, drink a glass of juice with that.

and also there is a very inexpensive supplement called JUICE PLUS, it gives you all of the fruits and vege vitamins you need in one day look it up, it also has many other benefits!!!!

The US food pyramid

or the Canada Food Guide:

can help you plan your meals. You should have something from each food group in your meal.

Just change your eating habits. You can't eat just once a day. Odds are, you'll also need a multivitamin.

Your best bet is something with a lot of added vitamins. I am the same way. Im a vegetarian and on top of that i have a small stomach. 2 small meals a day and im full. The best thing i have found to give me the most bang for my buck is cereal. I like Total with raisins to give the otherwise bland cereal some flavor. Add some milk to it and you added protein, calcium and vitamin D. I believe Total has 100% of iron, b12, and about 8 other vitamins. Stay away from beef. This isnt only because im a vegetarian but its also because it offers you way too much protein and way too much bad fats. If your looking for a healther protein go with chicken.

But overall try to find a fortefied breakfast cereal its your best bet

well. your body needs a whole set of nutrient. carbs, proteins and fat. you need a well balanced meals to be healthy. there is no one single food source for all of them. but some foods are more nutritious than others. fish is healthy. plus to maintain good energy level through the day, you need to eat balanced meals through the day. eating healthy and exercising is your best way to obtain optimum health. vitamins supplements could help if you are not getting them from your food.

I wish i could say that i do not like food. I hope you are not anoerexic. Start your meal with veggies, which could be a salad then eat lean burger. end your meal with a bananna and after an hour eat handful of nuts. You can add cheese to your burger.

you shouldn't eat only one meal a day, it's very unhealthy...eat at least 2, and try to eat alot of vegetables and fruits, and some meat, chicken is good because you can put it in a salad or in a dish with a alot of vegetables :)

I would recommend eating at least 2-3 oz meat. They are complete proteins.

Certain veggies, if eaten in combination with other grains, etc, can act as a complete protein. (for example, beans and corn).

Any vegetable is good for it's vitamins/minerals, but you won't get the protein benefit unless you combine them correctly.

Eat fruits instead of drinking juices. That way you get the fiber/bulk benefit, plus the quality of very fresh food.

Drink water or skim milk with meals.

Well, one meal a day is not going to give you enough of the recommended daily requirements for most of the major nutrients your body needs. But there are a few options:

1.) If you're only going to give your self one meal, make it full of complex carbohydrates: this is your breads, pastas, potatoes, etc. Spaghetti, with meat sauce, baked potato, and a side of mixed vegetables is a good meal. Throw on a piece of grilled chicken to add a good source of protein.

2.) Make smoothies or frozen drinks: Blend a cup of yogurt, your favorite fruit, 1/2 dozen cubes of ice, and a little bit of lite whipped cream and you have yourself a filling nutritional drink.

3.) Take a recommended multivitamin. Your not going to get the proper amount of essential vitamins and other supplements you need to be healthy. A vitamin would help that.

So, as a Master's prepared exercise specialist, I would not recommend "starving" yourself with this type of eating lifestyle. But these recommendations would at least help curve any major complications you may have over time. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR THE PROPER NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS! Good luck!

Force yourself to eat three or four small meals a day. there has to be several foods you like. write them down, make a list. Some have to be good for you, eat those. Eat because it tastes good not just because your hungry. Proper diet and excersize are the foudation of good health. I work at a retierment home and when people do not eat and get very little excersize its always bad. Please consult your doctor He or She will know what your going through and probably have very great suggestions. Go to webmd.com and type in senior diet, there is tons of info their as well.
