If u mean Indians then its due to the fact that a lot of Indians are Hindu and the cow is sacred ...
i think due to there religion they only eat halal meat.
You can buy beef in some Muslim takeaways. You can't buy pork.
To answer your question...
Muslims, according to Islam, must eat only halal meat. Halal is the word used to describe meat from an animal that was slaughtered according to Islamic rites (Prayer said, bisimillahi, then the animal's throat cut, animal bleeds to death)
In the Western world, most beef is not halal, as the animal is shot in the head. Muslims can't eat this meat. So It is commercially not feasible to sell halal beef as it is cheaper to sell standard beef.
Hindu takeaways do not sell beef for obvious reasons, as the cow is sacred to them.
Because its not on the Menu in India or Pakistan or Bangladesh.....it would be like asking the British to cook dog....
Muslims eat only certain meats that have been prepared in a certain way. The term is Halal. This is similar to, but not as strict as the jewish Kosher.
While beef is considered an edible animal, cows are big. So it's not normally feasible to kill an animal for the amount of meat required by a restaurant.
Holy cow, you must be thinking of Indian food places. Muslims don′t like the pigs.
you will find that most places describe beef as meat rather than beef the only other reason i can think of is that due to the long period of cooking beef tends to get to moist and soft hope that helps
