The question is really too broad to answer accurately. Different fruits provide different levels of different vitamins and minerals.

For example:

Grapes provide 176mg potassium but only 3.6mg Vitamin C
Oranges have 52mg calcium but not much Vitamin B1

This doesn't factor in antioxidants. For those, Blueberries give you the most antioxidants per calorie. Pomegranate is a great source for high antioxidants as well.

Avacados probably have the most overall vitamins and minerals, while lemons are on the lower end of the spectrum.

Tomato is good also
(if you categorize this as a fruit: scientists do, congress doesn't)

For the most part, you can't go wrong with fruits. Some you can eat as much as you can hold, while moderation is needed for others.

You're going to get some vitamin value from just about every fruit and vegetable. Some are obviously richer than others, and you'll notice some cross just about every border (avacado for example).

Also, you can count on some having more fiber than others, or more sugar, protein, etc. For the most part, they are going to have no or low fat (avacado has 10g fat, Olives 14, Passion fruit has 1/2g, most of the others have 0g). By and large, the protein ratio to sugar is going to make any selection better than what you would get from another food source.

Tomatoes: They help prevent Cancer and are great for males! I love them.

Apples: An apple a day...that quote's great because with all of the fiber it'll keep you regular and suppress the appetite in between meals. I lost weight on an apple a day. The skin also provides many more vitamins.

Pomegranate. We need Antioxidants and this provides the most!
