Answers:
that's not enough. You don't need to go below 1200 calories per day. If this was all you ate every single day, you would loose a lot of muscle which is what you need to burn fat. Once you started to eat like a normal person again, you would put the weight back on. What you're eating is healthy, but you need to eat 3-4 small meals per day and a snack OR TWO. Don't deprive yourself when you are trying to lose weight, or else you will go berserk as soon as you have a single dorito and you'll eat the whole bag.
I would say the opposite, not enough. You need to have some more food in your diet, so your body doesn't go into starvation mode!
I would add more!
For breakfast, make some more food! (It is the most important meal of the day!)
For lunch, bring some more snacks with you. Maybe a salad with that, some nuts, proteins are awesome,
For dinner, what about some whole wheat pasta? Make your own sauce so you know what goes into it! Than have some more salad with it.
Good luck! It sounds like alot of food, but it'll be healthier in the longrun! Also, you can't deprive yourself, or you'll have a binging melt down. Make sure you vary your meals as well, and please make sure that you don't take it to hard on yourself if you "cheat" a little bit. Don't be too hard on yourself!!!
U definetly need 2 eat more! If ur stuck, take a look at the food pyramid.
That seems like a healthy choice of food, but also if you drink water all day, you will lose weight. Just drink water with every meal. Also you could try the apple diet...i di it and it worked, all you do is continue to eat whatever but before dinner eat an apple and it will decrease your appetite and you wont eat so much.. well hope it works just continue to eat healthy and drink water. Good Luck
Probably not enough. Its important to pace yourself...not starve yourself. to lose weight you must burn more calories that you take in. this takes time. So create a low fat diet but make sure its sustainable. Check with your Dr or online for a calorie count that's appropriate for you. The American Cancer society web site has a lot of information on low fat diets. Try there for some information.
Chicken breast and rice, I live of that when I am on a diet. Also salads with low fat dressing is great because you can eat a lot and not have to worry about to many calories.
No, you hardly ate anything...
