So far your diet is very high in complex carbs and sugar... no vegetables and minimal protein.

Where are the fruits and veggies for vitamins and anti-oxidants?

Skip the processed food and sugars. You need more protein and veggies.

The snowball rolls are not they may be low in fat but they are too sugary. Add some yogurt with your nutri-grain bar or eat some nuts, or tofu for a bit more protein.

very healthy...i would never eat that stuff how can u live like this!!!

There is like 800 calories there... Unless you're planning on another 1000 calories before bedtime, I would say you're not eating enough. It sounds like a good diet - just get more of it baby! :-) (just my opinion.)

if your worried about calories dont drink the juice- eat fruit instead, you can have a lot more and its way more filling than juice which is just sugar really. and like everyone else says eat more protein! have yogurt non fat is good. and dont eat anything in a package- eat more fruits and veggies, raw ones, and dont eat the granola bars they have nothing for you, try having oatmeal instead and put some flax seed into it bec i bet you dont get omega 3's

Sounds good to me!

yes that is very healthy

It sounds not only healthy but low in calories.
