you should be eating a healthier diet keep away from all the fizzy drinks, coffee carbs sugary crap you need to be having bananas especially whole food nuts grains home made flap jack made with a Good quality oat s and whole meal flour sweet end with Honey are a good mid day snack to stop you nibbling on crap .I also take a supplement called co-q10 they are from a company called natures best don't be tempted to buy cheap you are wasting your money.

Protein, carbs, and caffeine!

the best foods for enduring energy happen to also be good for you (scary thought, huh?) Whole grains, fruits, nutritionally dense vegetables (not iceburg lettuce) Highly refined foods often are high in fat and carbohydrates, and give a burst of energy that leaves you crashing a short time later.
