Is honey good for you?!
Is honey good for you?
Answers:
Honey is very good for you. If it is organic, you can use it as a substitute for sugar(esp White sugar which is a additive of so many chemicals to make a brown sugar white). It has alot of pollen and other beneficial things which boosts our immune system.
For more information check out the website, or google for "Benefits of Honey"

Yes. Everyone needs sugar. Just remember to clean your teeth
You want local honey if you are looking for help with allergies. And yes, one of the best sugar substitutes
So good you won't believe it.
yes, certainly better than sugar, the only food that will not spoil
yes! it has magical powers. or at least, that's what my mum told me.
very good for your immune system, good for colds and flu, hay fever, allergies, indigestion and stress. have one tea spoon a day, maybe in your tea or in yogurt or drizzled over fruit.
also, its extremely good for your skin, obviously eating it is good for your skin but also can be used as a home made face mask. mix porridge oats (like Quaker oats) and honey together and rub over face, or mix sugar with honey so its really grainy and scrub your face with it. it sounds disgusting but it does wonders I swear!
It is an all natural sweetener. It contains high calories. It makes a good honey tea which is good when you are sickly and have a cold. This helps clear the sinus.
It is very good for you, and if you suffer from hay fever have locally made honey and this will help elevate the symptoms
yes very good for you-dont know if you are a diabetic though

Honey has many uses. i know it can be used on a coldsore to reduce the itching and pain. Also if you eat locally produced honey for up to 3 months before hayfever season it can reduce the need for anti histamines.
Yes if you eat it indoors and shut windows and doors or the bees and wasps will sting you.
