no LOL just. run every other day and dont eat sheeeet food ((anything with hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup))....{{look on every lable}} i dont care if its katchup... best advise ever!! and try to kill like 2 bananas 3-4 hours before a race....and youll be the the fastest dude in your distrect NO LIE!
wheat grass only has healthy benefits if its grown in the right type of soil. Otherwise you might as well be blending your grass clippings from the lawn mower.
I would consult a health food store or nutritionist It might not make you faster but if you have a healthy diet then it probably cant hurt to have it.
yes the kind at jamba juice.. just ask the people their theyre friendly and know alot of the benefits. i run XC for my highschool team to and im going to start doing shots of wheatgrass as often as possible.
Just take some lawn clippings and mix it with water. It will taste the same, cost nothing and do the same thing for your running.
Wheat grass is a ripoff.
