1. 2 x fried eggs (runny yolks)
2. 3 x rashers of bacon
3. 2 x sausages (beef)
4. tomatoes
5. toast & butter
6. baked beans
7. mushrooms
8. hot chips (for dunking in my runny egg yolks)
9. cup of tea 2 x sugars!
10. heaps of tomato ketchup

I have a serious problem with sweet things, breakfast or otherwise, but if there is a good kick, I will try it.

1 grapefruit - segmented, or you could use a tin of grapefruit in JUICE not syrup
1 banana mashed
Linseeds, Wheat germ and oat bran - about 2 tablespoons each
Honey - to taste
Boiling water.

Mash the banana mixed with a little of the juice. Add the dry ingredients. Add grapefruit - roughly chopped and the juice.
Pour on boiling water to consistency you like. Add honey to taste.

This was a favourite of mine and my sister when we used to visit our Granny. We would fight over who got the biggest bowl full. I does not look very nice, but is highly nutritious and is comfort food at its best!

Most of the time, no. I'll probably just have a cereal drink.
But on weekends, i eat a big hearty breakfast.
Sometimes a full American breakfast, or Indonesian fried rice with all the condiments, etc.

breakfast is very essential besides eating is one of me hobbies. i have either idli, dosa, or saltmangotree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A fruit smoothie and a handful of pretzals.

I love fried rice with eggs and bacon or cured meat

Yes I do, I am evil without breakfast, but I don't eat it as soon as I get up, I buy breakfast on my way to work. usually I have a sandwich of some sort, either toasted ham and cheese or a panini with scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms. If I go for a non toasted sandwich then I usually have bacon and chicken with mayo.

Being out here in Iraq, eating breakfast is a must. So I always hit the chow hall up every morning and have the usual:

Ham and cheese omelet
A few strips of bacon
Two hash browns
Two cups of apple juice

And I always gotta indulge my sweet tooth. Depending on what they're serving, along with this, I usually have either

Blueberry Pop-Tart
French Toast sticks with powdered sugar and syrup
Blueberry covered pancakes

Weetbix, toast, juice & an apple/pear!
