Full filling breakfast?!

Full filling breakfast?

OH well it"s that time of the day again when one has to shuffle ones bum off the computer to induce ones self with food, but there"s a slight problem.
Should I have what I have most mornings and have a sausage sandwich with fried egg and cheese in it for extra taste with a tad of ketchup and colemans mustard to give it a bit of ZANG to it.
Or should I stick a frozen pizza in the oven and top it right up with pepporoni, cheese, sweetcorn and ham.
Or what about a bowl of corn flakes, washed down with at least three cups of cha and about three slices of toast.
And last but not least just finnish off the chinese take away that the cats have had a good peck on during my sleep.

The sausage and egg sarnie sounds likes heaven, and I like the colmans mustard touch, I'll have to try that...
But equally last nights chinese a la kitty saliva sounds very yummy just make sure you eat it cold!

I love cold chinese, cat saliva or no cat saliva so go with that.

Well, most of those sound like a heart attack on a plate, however, re-heated chinese is always tasty first thing in the morning! Especially if it's chow mein. Darn it, you've got me thinking about sausage and egg sarnies now!!!!!

Bran Flakes, sterilised milk, no sugar. I think you might need a few bowls of this though. Look at it this way, your have a blinding turn out!! Then in saying that, you probally do any way due to the junk you eat.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You should be a little more serious about it. Ideally it should be loaded with carb and protein. to see you through the day. Especially since (if you are like the rest of us) you are breaking an overnight fast with this meal. The excess energy stored will be depleted through the day. Choose food that is easily available to you or base it on your cultural background, make variations to inspire your day.

I usually start with the proverbial cup of coffee (without sugar) as soon as I'm up, then break the fast after a bath. The meal will vary from fried noodles to eggs on toast to parathas. soometimes corn flakes and oats, otherwise a ham sandwich

why so much crap eat toast or cereal with fruit and a cupper left overs ant good 4 u that's why they r called left overs put them in the bin that's the only place 4 them now

Breakfast is supposed to be the best meal of the day and so pick the one with the most protein- so probably the sausage sandwich + everything, just make sure the sausage is high meat content and that should get you off to a flying start!

cereals are high in sugars and starches - so lead to a collapse of energy and subsequent hunger in an hour or two!

So go for what you enjoy the most! And live life to the full!

I must admit i often have curry for brekki- its great!
