Chees, carrot sticks, crackers, yoghurt - plain with added fruit of my choice, fruit. The rest is yuk. I do something called cheese and carrot slice.
1/4 cup nuts, soy nuts or roasted green peas.

Chips -- once a mth. 5/5
Cheese -- only melted and in meals, not snacks. in meals, 10/10
Carriot/vegie sticks -- meal time only. in meals, 9/10
Muffin -- not my favorite (homebaked only--5/10)
Biscuit/crackers -- if i've no other snack... 3/10
Others -- rice crackers, chocolate-coated biscuits, egg balls, egg tarts, choc cakes, waffles w ice cream, tutu kueh, etc.
Yoghurt -- when i'm sick/stomach pain, 9/10
Ice Cream -- good quality kind (HaagenDaz, Yami yogurt, Swensen's, etc) 10/10. cheap kinds, 5/10
Chocolate Bar -- craving sweet snack--mm... 10/10
Cheese cake -- if i'm hungry--mmm... 10/10
Fruits -- habit once a day--8/10
Pudding -- not nice... 1/10
Nut Bar -- average 5/10

Either cheese, especially stilton blue cheese, or other, a Czech dessert, strawberry filled dumplings with an added sugar starwberry sauce.
