Onions-garlic-potatoes?
onions make me cry , too much garlic burns my fingers and potatoes gives me a backache...which is the worst to peel?
Answers:
For me, onions are the worst. I can't even be in the same room as someone else cutting onions. I really like to eat them --- I'm just super sensitive to cutting them.
I've found a way to get around this, though. I really love to cook, and rather than have tears streaming down my face every time a recipe calls for onions, I instead wear safety goggles while cutting them (and until they go into the pot or pan). I look ridiculous while wearing them, but it totally fixes the problem.
For garlic, you can wear latex or neoprene gloves while cutting to avoid burning your fingers. Then your fingers won't smell like garlic for the next week, either.
For the potatoes, you can sit while peeling them. Just peel into a plastic bag placed on a table in front of you. Once you're done, just throw the bag and peels away, and your back should be spared!

i hate peeling potatoes
Easier way of working with onions is to halve them and leave them in cold water for a while then peel n chop wont cause tears
garlic pods cld be soaked in normal water them peeled will not cause burning sensation
U can sit on a high stool and peel potatoes
