Anybody else love olives?!

Question:

Anybody else love olives?

I adore them and could eat tons of them if they weren't so expensive! Even my kids love them, although my husband hates them. They are an aquired taste, so do you love them or hate them, and if you do like them which are your favourite, green, black, stuffed etc.?

Personally my favourites are black kalamata olives and green olives stuffed with almonds.

Answers:
I have only just started eating them and i love them, i have them on pizza's, pasta, salads and more.
I like the green stuffed ones the best !.

Green stuffed with chilli. Yum

Yum, yum. I love them too especially the green olives filled with almonds.

Same here. I love them darling. (--,)

I looove them, any variety is good, although I did have some the other day with whole garlic cloves in them, they were a bit smelly! Green are my faves, stuffed with pimento yummy!

Olive's what?

I like the green ones stuffed with pimentoes and green one's with chilli and garlic. I like the black ones in cooking on top of fresh pizza.

My favorite is very expensive. They are green olives with garlic in them.So I settle for my second favorite black olives.

Olives on pizza or in pasta are great

Yeah, love 'em. I prefer the big juicy green olives best - I think they taste nicer when they are green - once they get ripe and turn black they get a bit less juicy I think. I prefer them unstuffed - although I quite like the ones with that chilli stuff in it - pimento?

My girl loves them... and ofcourse I hate them... I hate even the smell... but they are good for you so enjoy:)

i just love olives green and black but not stuffed with green or red pepper I'm allergic but almonds sound nice

nope cant stand em,the wife loves them though? she also likes tripe and tried to get me to eat some-i couldn't bear to be anywhere near the stuff , let alone put it in my mouth?

I hate them with a passion. My in laws have olive groves with over 800 trees, and every winter wee have to gather them, it takes weeks and it's hard work. The speciality here are hamades (we live in Greece) apparently they are like chocolate!!

I like olives too,My favourites at the moment are giant green olives with piri piri peppers flaoting around in the jar. Made by a Spanish company called Lupy .Carefull with your salt levels if your eating them all the time.

mmmmm Olives i love them and everyone else in my family likes them except my little sister which is weird.

green olives, stuffed with jalapeno peppers, preferably in a Cajun Martini

Noooo, they are bitter. how can you eat them?

Yes! I love the kalamata's, green stugged with anchovies and green stuffed with parmasan....yummo!

Black olives is where it's at! I LOOVE olives and I would eat them on anything if it tasted good. I don't really care for the green ones, they taste too salty, to me. But whatever the red thing in the middle is I like that.

Green olives stuffed with anchovies! I know it sound hideous, but try them. The deli near me does all types, but thoses are my favorite. Followed by chilli. Oh, oh, garlic with feta cheese! In oil, brine, I love 'em all! MMMM! I off for some now! Cheers!

Mounso
Just going to say exactly the same, love them with anchovies, delicious, on a hot day, with a gin and tonic with lots of ice,,yummy

i love black olive! the only thing is that they have a lot of sodium.

love 'em, and here in germany they aren't expensive

Yes, I love them but rarely eat them due to the high sodium.
I put them in mexican picadillo and lots of pasta dishes.
I prefer green stuffed with pimentos, but black seedless are good too.

My husband hates them.
