Sponge and jam cooked by my Dad - nothing can beat that sorry

Ginger cake & walnut cake !.

Chocolate cake especially with chocolate custard poured over it.

I haven't really got a sweet tooth but I like a little bit of carrot cake

Double chocolate gateau covered with white and milk chocolate shavings and with rich, creamy moist chocolate sponge cake and chocolate cream in between the layers.

Rich chocolate fudge cake/Boston Nut Brownie with almond slices!!!!!!!!!!!!!
