We've all been there. I forgive you. Sugary and greasy foods encourage increasing consumption. I don't eat cereal and milk anymore for breakfast. It disgusts me that most people throw away the milk. The whole point of cereal is to have milk. Cereal is mostly junk.
Eating a lot of Cap'n Crunch and potato chips used to skin the roof of my mouth.
Try to be where you might get up in the morning and just eat fruit. If not, expect bad health problems down the road, for which you'll need more help than you might now.

NO.

Just how FAT are you?

No but I have drank a 12 pack of beer for breakfast.

No......I don't eat cereal.

Oh my gosh! NO! Did you get sick afterwards? People usually eat more than the serving suggestion but the whole box?! Wow!

Yes... I've eaten whole boxes of Kix or Cap'n Crunch a couple of times when I was a kid. It's really good until you get to the crumbs at the bottom - it's like sawdust.

Yes, back in the day when I was on the wacky stuff. But tat is hardly the case now. Serving suggestions are the size that my 2 year old eats in the mornings. I am a lot bigger than a 2 year old.

I just eat a bowlful. But no Ive never eaten a whole box. That would like, kill me.

Props to you for being able to eat it and be proud!

I guess people that count their caloric intake may actually use the suggested serving, but I don't know anyone that does.

I have eaten a whole box of Cheerios in one day, not in one serving.

I had to have some relaxing digestive time between some bowls!!!

I have tried that with Captian Crunch too, but it was too sweet!!! I could only eat a half of the box!!! LOL

I definitely eat more than the serving size, but not the whole box. My boyfriend, on the other hand, can easily eat a whole box in one sitting. He's my cereal monster!

Being the greedy pig that I am, I have to admit that I have!
It was years ago though, when I was about 10. I had a bit of an obsession with Lucky Charms, and one night I snuck downstairs, grabbed a big bowl and a spoon, an entire carton of milk and an unopened box of Charms. I then went to my room, and spent about an hour pouring out the cereal and milk, and stuffing my face. The next day, my mum was wondering where on earth the milk and cereal had disappeared to, and came up to my room to find the empty carton of milk and empty cereal box, and me with a HUGE belly, feeling rather ashamed and sick!
It was worth it though, as I got the day off of school due to feeling VERY ill. (Lucky Charm induced hangover?!) I learnt my lesson though! I never touched Lucky Charms after that!
I just stick to about 2 bowls of wetabix in the morning. So I guess i'm not a folower of the serving size rule!

not all,ALL but a great, great part of the box yes!!!!

No, I've done 3 small bowls of Cap'n Crunch peanut butter when I was a kid. Nowadays i'm a health nut so I eat 1 bowl of Cheerios and some fruit.

Yes I have...but it was one of those little individual serving boxes.

I have never come close to eating the whole box.

I have eaten 2 cups of cereal, and got too full. I would rather just drink the milk.

no. I don't like cold cereal at all.
