Special wedding menu for 12 - which menu shall I do?!

Question:

Special wedding menu for 12 - which menu shall I do?

Menu A: Fan of three different types of Melon,

Crown Roast of Lamb, baby new potatoes, baby carrots and steamed brocolli.

Fresh strawberries and cream

Or Menu B

Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce,

Salmon fillet parcels with lemon and dill, baby new potatoes and mange tout,

Fresh raspberry and lemon cheesecake

Eveything will be home-cooked, they asked for a meal to leave room for a barbecue 8 hours later.

Answers:
Menu B its fresher and lighter on the palate, were as A is much heavier, and you will probably still feel full when its time for the barbecue, good luck with your wedding, have a great day.

Menu A! Lamb all the way!!

Forget the brocolli tho..

I like the 2nd option. Salmon is light, but filling. The bride could probably appreciate that. And asparagus is delicious. I think the melon fan would go well with this meal. Good luck!

Lamb is a bit iffy, not everyone likes it, its so much safer to go with chicken or beef.
I hate lamb and the smell makes me want to vomit. sorry but its true.

I like the sound of menu B best. Yum!

Although menu A sounds more traditional so it depends on the type of guests. Maybe you could get them to vote on it.

You've made me hungry now!

id go with menu b salmon is always a winner.

If i had to choose between the two A and B menus, I'd go with, both mix and match
