I Need Healthy Snack Ideas?
Any ideas about healthy snacks that don't take long (more than 2 minutes) or take no time to make?

Apples and peanut butter

Any fruit or veggie on the go
A smoothie.... blend up your favorite fruits and take on the go
Cheese Crackers
deli meats and cheese rolled up
Try a salad!
Melons. Bananas. Dry cereal.
Baby carrots. Apples. Bananas. Grapes. Cherries. Kiwi. Kumquats. Pineapple.
Try any type of Fruits, veggies w/some dip (sparingly use dip), string cheese, roll up some turkey and put a small slice of cheese in the middle, nuts, pumpkin seeds, etc. There are soo many out there, depends on what u like :) I always carry a south beach cereal bar, 1 string cheese stick and a small bag of pistachios with me :)
Try items with protein in them, that will help you feel full longer!
Quinoa with Lentil beans smothered in hot sauce.
Roast Duck under ginger sauce?

Any kind of fruit is a really good snack. Yogurt. Nuts. Raisins are dried grapes and delicious and the sugar in them is a good energy fix. Or go online and find a good trailmix recipe to make that won't take long.
Peanut butter and crackers; a veggie plate with cherry tomatoes, celery (with or without cream cheese or peanut butter placed in the celery's groove)baby carrots and a good veggie dip. Use your imagination to make a great health snack.

microwave some peanut butter til soft, peel some banannas, slice in 1/2, roll banannas in peanut butter, then roll in crumbled granola, serve immediately or store in freezer for nice healthy cold snacks.
apples oranges grapes kumquats carrots OH! and try sneapea crisps they taste like a cheeto but are actually 100% pea they barley have salt me and my mom luv them they come in 2 flavors caesar and original you can get all this at safeway
Apple Gouda Quesadillas
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 green onions, chopped
2 red apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat a grill for high heat.
Brush oil onto one side of a tortilla, and place on a plate oil side down. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of mustard on the top side, and top with green onion, apple slices and about 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Place a second tortilla on top, and brush the top with olive oil. Repeat with remaining ingredients, stacking the quesadillas on the plate.
Brush the grilling surface with oil, and place the quesadillas carefully on the grill. Grill for about 3 minutes, or until the bottom is crisp. Flip, and grill on the other side until crisp. Remove from the grill to serving plates and cut into quarters. Serve warm.
