Calories?? how many a Day?

i want to know how many cals we are supposed to be eating a day


Answers:
It depends on your wieght, age, sex, and many other factors.
- A normal person needs about 2000 calories a day. But dont forget to look at the fat contents in foods as well. I think a normal person can have about 50 grams of fat per day.
- If you are a very un-active person, like if you hardly walk or exersize about 1500 calories is needed.
- If you are a VERY active person, such as a pro athelete, you could need as many as 3000 a day and 90 grams of fat per day.
- I wrote a 20 page report on this last year for one of my nutrition classes. This website was VERY helpful.

Well 2000 is you listen to the SG. But if you burn more than you consume you can easily double that and be fine. Just need to excercise!

on like food packages they say 2000 (like for the percent daily values) so probably about that many give or take some

2000, like everybody says.

But, if you're trying to lose weigh, 1500/day is a good place to start.
