Are there any bad side effects of too much coffee drinking?
I heard someone had a heart attack because of too much Nescafe drinking. On other hand, I love to start my day with a cup of coffee but don't know what's best amount should I have.

Yes any caffeine is not really good especially if your taking in massive quantities ,,, the other day I had to go to the hospital for to much caffeine and not enough water ,,,,, I had a kidney infection and kidney stone's oh my God I have had children and this hurt almost just as bad......... drink alot of water cut it down to 1 cup of coffee durning morning because at night coffee (caffeine ) keeps you up at night.. if your getting headaches or shaking then your blood sugar is probably low,, you should be checked for Diabetes or you could be hypoglycemic or high blood pressure....
heart goes fast..butt h20 comes out. shaking hands, sweat, stomach upset
Sometimes if I drink to much coffe I feel real gitery and like I cant stop shaking. It might also give you a headache becasue coffe is a dehydrent.
...if someone had a heart attack it went far beyond nescafe ...
I drink like 2 cups of coffee a day, I buy the half caf stuff so that my tounge doesnt' feel fuzzy afterwards (Side effect from added caffene)
And... I dont think there is a "national Standard" on how much coffee one should drink... should be like anything else (besides water) moderation :)
yes there are actually one is the caffeine will make you want to have coffee every day and if u don't you'll get headaches.
Irregular heartbeats and palpitations for one thing. That's a lot of coffee though. Nothing wrong with a cup of coffee in the morn. It's when you drink it all day that it causes problems. Just use common sense.
Anything that you consume too much of, is probably harmful..
I heard that your eyes start to crack after about a week of no sleep, Your hands shake like you are 90 yrs old with alzeihmers, ...... other than that, I would say NOOOO..
When my husband drank 12 cups a day he got irregular heartbeats. That was when he was in his 30s.
Then he quit drinking coffee for the most part for several years.
Now he drinks 1-3 cups a day and has no problems.
Someone with a heart condition should probably limit or exclude caffeine. Also people with high blood pressure are often told to do the same. If you are otherwise healthy, coffee shouldn't hurt you in moderation. The caffeine can be bad for you in large amounts, however, you will build up a tolerance for it the more you drink. My grandfather used to put a new pot on as soon as the old one was empty and he lived a long, full, although somewhat frenetic life since he had a hard time sitting still from all that caffeine.
