the taste and color may be a bit off, but it is probably not harmful to consume, but it is probably not a good idea. Just toss it and buy a new one.

Is it powder or liquid?

If liquid has it been opened? Did it require refridgeration? If not open, and wasnt previously refridgerated, i would think it was ok..if the other two..i'd toss it.

If it's powder..go for it.
