How to keep spinach fresh on produce cart with no refrigeration?

I'm starting a small produce store, where I need to keep leafy veggies (spinach, Cilantro, etc) fresh for a week. I don't have local refrigeration, but my shop had air conditioning. Please help me by suggesting a good solution.


Answers:
Keep it hydrated. it will wilt faster if it dries (like any cut plant)
Try putting ice in a cooler, then storing them in there.
